Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

As a former competitive athlete, personal trainer and physiotherapy patient myself, I understand the difficulty in not being able to do or play the things you love, and will be able to get patients back in top form stronger and faster than ever.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

1. Exercise Prescription 2. Sports Injuries 3. Soft Tissue Release

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud of my ability to educate patients on the anatomy and biomechanics of their bodies and how this can affect dysfunction and injury. The human body is fascinating and even a basic understanding of its structure and function can help with injury recovery and prevention of future issues!

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating all cases in which the patient is motivated to return to sport, physical activity and daily living, and willing to work with me to help them get there!
