Adriana graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY in 2008. To date, she has completed continuing education courses with the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute and has successfully finished up Manual Therapy Level 3's with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopeadic Division. Training in Anatomical Acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. Helping out with medical coverage has always been an important factor of giving back in the community. Adriana's involvement has ranged from weekend medical coverage opportunities with various sporting events to being part of the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Beach Volleyball medical team. Adriana was also part of Skate Canada medical coverage team for the World Championships in 2013 and International Figure Skating Championships in 2012. She has had the opportunity to work with the London Beefeater football team, providing medical coverage during the games and has coached and trained high school volleyball, soccer and track teams. She has also been involved with running pool specific therapy programs for clients of all ages and has worked with sports teams by using specific plyometric training. Adriana has a strong belief in combining both manual therapy and active rehabilitation as an integrative form to a quick recovery. She enjoys working with clients and athletes with various levels of function and skill sets. Adriana hopes to advance her practice by continuing to complete my Manual therapy and Manipulative certification through the Orthopeadic Division and further continuing education courses.
