Cesar is a full-time registered physiotherapist at Ossington Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. He graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from McMaster University following the completion of his B.Sc. Specialized Honours degree in Kinesiology with the Summa Cum Laude level of distinction. He holds additional certifications in sports medicine taping, Manual Therapy Certification through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and the Mulligan Concept. Cesar aims to lead, inspire, and provide the best possible care to help patients achieve their health and rehabilitation goals. His priority is to help his patients improve their function and well-being, while empowering them to take an active role in their own health management. Outside of the clinic, you will find Cesar at the gym, playing soccer, basketball, or dancing salsa/bachata.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

I provide patient-centered care. Together we work towards your goals and what is important to you whether its crossfit, weight training, running, or anything you do on a daily basis. As a physiotherapist I look at you, as an individual and provide a full functional assessment geared towards your lifestyle and goals.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

I specialize in mulligan mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and functional retraining.

What are you proud of in your practice?

Our clinic has an atmosphere that is very welcoming and friendly. This sets up an environment that is conducive to rehabilitation and health.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating all cases. Challenging cases where a patient feels as though he/she has hit a road block can be very challenging but also rewarding when patients see a positive change.
