What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud of addressing my clients' needs using the latest cutting edge advances in the physiotherapy field. Whether the goal is to reduce pain or optimize function, I use innovation and creativity as my tools to get clients to reach their goals.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

I strive to be the best and take pride in treating patients as quickly and efficiently as possible in a safe environment.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating chronic conditions because these individuals live most of their life suffering from pain when in fact this should not be the case. I use research to debunk common misconceptions of chronic conditions and together with the individual formulate a specific program to allow them to reach their goals and return to lifestyles they originally intended. I also enjoy treating active individuals who can vary from their level of physical activity from simply going out for a walk in the park to returning to professional sport. These individuals are highly motivated and adaptive to rehabilitation which makes it a physiotherapists' treat to work with.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

1) Post-operative rehabilitation including shoulder, hip, knee and ankle surgeries 2) Manual therapy techniques to restore tissue quality and function including soft tissue release, neurofunctional acupuncture and mobilizations 3) Exercise prescription specific to the acute or chronic condition
