When I initially sought Joon's expertise due to knee pain in late May 2011 I mentioned to him that a personal goal for me was to run 16k in an event in August. Joon diagnosed my pain as a medial meniscus problem and provided manual manipulation, strengthening exercises, and ultrasound. On August 14th, I ran in the Canada Running Series Acura 10 Miler (16k). I completed the 16k AND made my goal time despite the heat and humidity of the day.My knee felt very good and strong and has remained so these 10 days later. Thanks for your service and support, if I need PT services in the future you can count on me returning. In the meantime, I wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
