Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

I always utilize a comprehensive, functional assessment approach to determine the root of a patient's problem - which often involves looking up/ down the "chain" of the body. I see how you walk, move, squat, run, jump, etc. and this gives me information as to what might be going on biomechanically. I consider myself a running expert - as a competitive distance runner myself and as a physiotherapist. Most describe me as being super friendly, too!

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

- Contemporary Medical Acupuncture - Manual Therapy (Soft Tissue Release) - Personalized Exercise Prescription to Improve Function and Performance

What are you proud of in your practice?

The level of passion and desire I have to help my patients get better. It's rewarding - and fun!

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating athletes of all types - especially distance runners like myself, or other endurance athletes (cycling, triathlon, etc.) I have personally been through countless running-related injuries myself, so I know what you're going through! I also enjoy treating younger kids as well as the older population who suffer from common work-related and repetitive strain injuries.
