I had a good first visit. The receptionist was very nice, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable by offering water. After I filled out the forms I did not have to wait long to get my X-Rays done. After a few takes though the X-Ray machine ran out of battery and had to be recharged which I thought was a bit odd but the tech recovered pretty well by doing exam and other work. I was told about gum disease and bone loss and how my history of deep cleaning meant i might have to see the dentist every 3 months rather than 6. She also suggested getting perio maintenance done at the first appt. but once I asked how much it would cost she said she would let me know. Later on she said she will just do a regular cleaning which was covered by insurance and I was happy about that. After the cleaning I got to see the dentist who was quite nice and sweet. She asked me if I had any complaints or issues with my teeth. She repeated what the hygienist had told me and recommended invisalign to straighten my teeth so I wouldn’t chip some of them away. I mentioned to her that I don’t want to take out my wisdom teeth as they weren’t bothering me and I believe in “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. She talked about my history and assured me that I had good overall dental health and sent me on my way. The receptionist was again very nice, gave me estimates on recommended services and sent me on my way. An overall great first visit. No upselling no questionable services, I left feeling satisfied.

Dr. Shaw and the hygienist (forgot her name, shorter with brown hair!) were super sweet! Both very professional but warm to interact with. My appointment couldn’t be booked for 3 months after my request date, however they moved my appointment up when they realized Dr. Shaw wouldn’t be in the office for my original appointment, instead of making me wait longer. Much appreciated customer service!!

A small setting, really friendly staffs, with personal attention. It's not an easy job to clean my teeth, which were subjected to years of neglect. The hygienist did a fantastic job. Very happy!

As a nervous dental patient, the staff did extremely well. They were all super knowledgeable and personable! I didn’t feel like they were giving me any bad advice/trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Shaw was amazing, and the staff was so great. I made a mistake on my part and forgot to notice that my insurance kicked in on the 1st, but Dr. Shaw was kind enough to do a quick look and consultation to know what we could expect when I come back for my full examination and X-rays next week. Can't wait to come back!

Great experience. I didn't have to wait and was greeted immediately and got the care I needed. They have the latest equipment to take x-Rays and pictures required for a dental check up, which makes life easy. Very friendly staff and my hygienist was super. Dr Shaw seemed very knowledgeable and she was friendly. She educated me on my dental hygiene and made good recommendations. They were genuine and unlike many other practices did not push unnecessary treatment. I'd recommend Dr Shaw's practice to anyone.

Went in to the dentist for the first time since I had graduated high school. I was greeted by I believe Elaine, who works in the front. Elaine was very sweet and went over everything I needed. After filling out new patient paperwork, Dr. Shaw came to meet me, and asked questions about my dental health and what I think I need to improve, then also peoceeded to tell me about herself and asked about hobbies I may have and you could tell she is genuinely kind. I really wish I could remember the name of the woman who did my gum measurements and all, but she as well made sure I was comfortable, talked with me, and made sure I knew everything about the work I was getting done as well. I definitely have found a permanent dentist and I’m so happy with my experience!
