Dr. Kim Beaucage

Fantastic experience! Very patient, very thorough, very good with anxiety! I went in for an emergency dental appointment and the staff was very kind in walking me through the processes. The only thing is my dentist was not actually Kim Beaucage, but was another dentist. I'm actually really happy with the dentist I ended up getting!

I had booked with Dr. Kim but was actually seen by another dentist which wasn't made aware to me until I was in the chair. And when i checked out i had asked if I would be seen by the same Dr. and the receptionist said yes with Dr.Kim and I had to tell her that I didn't actually see Dr. Kim and it was with another Male Dr. So I'm not sure what happened there with the booking but it would have been nice to have been made aware of this. It's not a huge deal but I did specifically ask for a female Dr and had to rearrange my schedule to fit in with the Dr's availability and am a little upset that I still didn't see a Dr of my choice. Otherwise I would highly recommend this dental practice, very good clean modern office. I had completed an online form as a new patient but this was lost due to a server error so I had to complete this again after my visit with the dr. But insurance was billed directly which is very helpful.

Explained everything really well and I felt she did her job well. I had a lot of work to be done but she didn't let me feel like it was that much, and she was accommodative to my suggestions/wishes and wasn't pushy at all in pushing "her" way while being clear about the reasons she was suggesting to do things (I asked if a full teeth x-ray was really necessary given my limited insurance - and she quickly agreed to wait a year for that).
