Jessica graduated from the University of Guelph in 2012 with a degree in Sociology and Geography. Upon moving back to Toronto she attended Bryan College for massage therapy, graduating in 2015. As a child, Jessica kept busy with gymnastics, ballet and Irish dance. This sparked a passion for achieving optimal movement and she has been practicing yoga and Pilates for over 10 years. Jessica enjoys working with both acute and chronic cases. She tailors every treatment specific to every case, ensuring her patients get the most effective care possible. Jessica uses fascial release, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage and general Swedish techniques. During her time at Guelph, Jessica played Ultimate Frisbee. However Jessica is better at watching sports than she is at playing them, and is a huge Toronto Maple Leafs fan.
