BIOGRAPHY. I am a New York State licensed clinical psychologist with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University, as well as a Master of Arts and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the New School for Social Research. Given the importance of continuing education for psychologists I completed postdoctoral training at the Karen Horney Clinic. I am also a member of the American Psychological Association and the New York State Psychological Association. My previous clinical experience and training includes providing a broad range of psychological services at a number of New York City-based organizations, including Jacobi Medical Center, Interfaith Medical Center, Beth Israel Medical Center, and Brooklyn College Counseling Center. In addition to my clinical work I have a strong background in research related to minority issues and co-occurring physical and mental health disorders. In addition to my private practice, I currently serve as the Assistant Executive Director of the well-known Karen Horney Clinic.
