What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
I have a solo private practice that is conveniently located in a quiet and well estalished residential setting within walking distance of Light Rail. My clients describe my office atmosphere as being welcoming, comfortable, relaxing and serene. My primary areas of expertise include working with adults who have experienced childhood abuse/trauma and/or who are currently experiencing relationship problems or difficulties associated with depression, anger management, anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress, dissociative disorders, phobias, life transition challenges, self-destructive habits, chronic pain and bereavement. With over 30 years of clinical experience, I have developed expertise in a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy, NLP and mindfulness.
What are you and your team proud of at your practice?
I am proud of the compassionate and individualized psychotherapeutic treatment I offer, of the positive treatment outcomes that my clients describe experiencing and of the fact that a significant portion of my new client referrals are from prior or current clients.
