My clinical experience includes working with adolescences, individuals, couples in the treatment of Domestic Violence, Anger Management, and Assertive Communication Skills Training. I am trained in grief therapy, self-esteem building, personal growth, adjustment and life changes, and anxiety and depression. I also conduct personality, learning disability, and medical screening evaluations.

I have over 15 years of clinical experience treating a variety of psychological matters and clientele in therapy. I received a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University San Marcos, a Master’s Degree from California State University Fullerton, and a second Master’s Degree and Doctorate Degree from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. I have been practicing at Integrative Psychological and Assessment Services for the past seven years. I work with adolescents, individuals, and couples with mood disorders, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief, and interpersonal role and relationship issues. I have been trained in Domestic Violence and Anger Management, utilizing techniques in coping skills, communication skills, assertiveness, effective problem resolution, and cognitive changes. In addition, I have training in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy, employing techniques in mindfulness training, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, dysfunctional thought regulation and replacement, and interpersonal role disputes, transitions, and deficits. I work with couples in counseling, pre-marital counseling, and mediation. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and have been trained in Gottman Therapy, with special focus on helping couples with forgiveness, making love maps, and creating shared meaning, developing emotional connection and communication. I have training in Bereavement, and tend to utilize an integrative and supportive phase model of grief and mourning. that applies to many aspects of people’s lives from the loss of a loved one or pet, the loss of a relationship, or the loss of the way a relationship was as it changes through the addition of children or strengthens with counseling. Lastly, I conduct the following Psychological Evaluations: learning disability/ADHD evaluations, personality and diagnostic evaluations, and psychological evaluations for medical pain implant trials.
