Alyssa Bonneville, Registered Psychotherapist
I believe that what we achieve inwardly, will change our outer reality. Investing in one’s mental health and wellbeing is one of the most valuable things we can do for ourselves. Therapy can provide the opportunity to look deeply into experiences and emotions, and gain insight into personal processes. I completed my Undergraduate degree at Carleton University in Psychology. I then completed my Master of Arts degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Spirituality at Saint Paul University, with a double specialization in Individual Therapy and Couple and Family Therapy. Currently, I am in the process of completing my Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Psychology at Carleton University.
