Cindy is a registered massage therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario after completing her diploma with Medix School Health Care Career College.
She provides therapeutic relief to clients with acute and chronic issues such as sprains, strains, tendinitis, and fibromyalgia. Cindy has worked in a rehabilitation clinic where she has treated sports injuries, whiplash caused by motor vehicle accidents, rotator cuff injuries (shoulder), and more.
Cindy believes that our bodies are important, and we should take care of them. When our muscles aren’t as healthy as they should be we risk injury. As a massage therapist, she believes it is her job to help with the overall health of your muscles. This way you don’t risk having an injury and having to take time away from your day to day activities to try to rehabilitate them. She believes in preventative maintenance for your overall wellness.
Cindy was a gymnast and dancer for 12 years. From there she went on to play soccer and coach. With her background in sports, she really knows how important it is to take care of one’s body and what that means to one’s day to day performance.
