Tiffany has alway had a passion for working with people in health care, her love for helping people was what inspired her to become an RMT. Her background as a personal trainer, has supplemented her treatments in terms of helping clients strengthen/stretch to get them to their ultimate goal. Tiffany practices a variety of techniques including general relaxation, treatment, rehabilitative, deep tissue, and sports massage just to name a few. One of Tiffany's favourite quotes is "Take care of your body, its the only place you have to live in", she truly believes that if you take care of your body mentally, physically and emotionally you will live a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

As an athlete, avid exercise junkie and health practitioner I believe that clients would feel most comfortable talking to someone who can relate to them. I have had my share of sprains, strains, and injuries and would be able to empathize with others who are going through what I once went through. I believe making a client feel comfortable enough to open up to you to share their health history is very important. When treating clients, I not only listen to their health history, but I also analyze their body composition, when a client tells me that their shoulder hurts, I know that I need to take a bigger look at their body. Cause and effect, the cause of the shoulder pain could be coming from another area that is effecting the shoulder.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

I specialize in Knee injuries, lower back pain/discomfort, and neck and shoulder injuries/pain.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud of my daily practice, its hard to choose one specific thing that I am most proud of. As an RMT, I treat so many people on a regular basis and see such a big change, some injuries can be treated in a single session, and some take a few more. At the end of the day, if I am able to make the client feel a little bit better whether it be mentally, emotionally of physically, I am happy and proud of my success.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy the more complicated cases, especially when a client mentions that they have seen several other practitioners and still cannot figure out what is wrong. As RMTs we see very common problems, its fun and exciting when there is a case that is out of the ordinary. Although, at the end of the day, I enjoy treating anyone and everyone.
