Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
I love healing, puzzles and working with my hands and massage therapy has brought all these passions together. The human body is a beautifully complex puzzle and with each treatment I assess the situation through conversation and palpation to see what I can do to reach your goals. These goals include reducing pain, relieving tension, increasing range of motion and relaxation.
What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?
My favourite techniques to use are myofascial release, trigger point treatments and joint mobilizations. I also love using hydrotherapy and therapeutic exercise to help my patients prolong the benefits of their treatment.
What are you proud of in your practice?
The aspect of my practice that I am most proud of is helping my patients leave happier, more relaxed and feeling better than when they came in.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
Each treatment is a unique experience and I enjoy treating all different types of cases. I worked in the film industry for 10 years and enjoy treating all types of artists, creators and performers.
