Jeffrey Freeman, RMT
Jeffrey integrates a strong background in human anatomy and clinical science into his practice. Jeffrey believes in approaching the body as a whole rather than segmented systems, in doing so he always seeks to find the root cause of dysfunction via detailed clinical assessment of a clients’ primary concerns. Jeffrey specializes in assisting clients with chronic systemic conditions, chronic pain, anxiety, stress, repetitive strain injuries, postural conditions and optimal sports performance. Jeffrey uses a combination of techniques including Swedish massage, facial release, cupping, sports massage, Thai foot reflexology, among others to help his clients with their goals. Prior to becoming an RMT Jeffrey worked in publishing (at Xtra! and Fab Magazines), marketing & business development. Jeffrey attended Ryerson’s Governance and Public Policy program. In addition, Jeffrey stood for public office in the 2014 municipal elections as a public school board trustee; he advocated for student nutrition, special education and updating aging school facilities. Jeffrey is a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. Jeffrey is a former student council treasurer at Kikkawa College and committee member of Kikkawa’s alumni association.
