When a provider responds to you, you will receive an email and a text on your phone! Simply click on the text or link in the email to get to your messenger. This will allow you to respond directly to your provider.

To find a provider on Opencare, first go to opencare.com. On our homepage you can click on the specialty you are looking for. Fill out our short questionnaire and we will guide you to an Opencare vetted provider in your neighbourhood.

To schedule an appointment, simply click on the Book Now button you will see on the provider’s profile.

To cancel an appointment, please contact the provider you booked an appointment with.

We can definitely help you remove your account. Simply send us an email at support@opencare.com and we'll make sure to help you out.

You are eligible if:

  • You must book a new patient exam and cleaning.
    • Note: consultations do not qualify for a gift card.
  • You, as the patient, are 18 years old.
  • You have not claimed a gift card from Opencare in the past, nor have you visited the Opencare dental office prior to your appointment.
  • Your appointment was booked through the Opencare online platform only. Appointments scheduled by telephone, in person or by other means do not qualify for a gift card.
  • Your appointment was booked using the name on your Opencare member account. If a single account was used to book 2 or more patients, only one patient will be able to claim a reward.

Yes, the reward is only valid for dental appointments.

Note: You will not receive the gift card in the dental office. You will need to submit your receipt to us, and we will send your gift card to your email address.

  1. Show up to your appointment that you booked through Opencare. Keep your receipt!
  2. Send us a photo of your receipt using this form.
  3. After we validate your receipt, we’ll send your gift card to your email address.

The dental office will still be able to give you a copy of the receipt. Please kindly ask for it. Another way is to send us an insurance document that shows that you attended your appointment.

After we validate your receipt in 1-2 business days, we will send your gift card to your email address. If you’ve submitted your receipt but have not heard back in 1-2 business days, please let us know by filling out this form.

2-3 days before your appointment, you will receive an email that includes $20 of Uber credit. Follow the steps to add the credit to your Uber account - this will cover your ride to the practice. Before your appointment you'll receive a text message with a link to book your ride directly to the Opencare dental practice you chose!
Yes! The Opencare referral promotion is valid in the following regions:

It’s as simple as giving your personal Opencare referral link to your family and friends. When a person uses your referral link, we will be able to track that you referred the person to Opencare.

To get your link, log in to Opencare at https://patient.opencare.com. Once you’re logged in, you will see a link to “referrals” at the top right hand corner of the page. Click on “referrals” and you’ll see the link that you can share with your family and friends.

In order to qualify for your gift card you can't refer yourself or anyone that has submitted an Opencare appointment request prior to using your referral link.


After your friend shows up for their appointment, they will need to submit their receipt to us. When we successfully validate your friend’s receipt, you and your friend will receive the gift cards.

If you see the error mentioning the profile has already been claimed, it means you, or a colleague has already been able to setup an account for your practice. If you know which email the account should have been claimed with, you can reset your password here if you don’t know the email address please contact support at support@opencare.com and mention the phone number of your practice so we can help you log back into your account.

You can add a practice by following these steps:

  1. Login to Opencare
  2. Navigate to the menu on the left side of your screen.
  3. Next to your practice name you will see a little plus button, click it to add a second practice.


You can add a provider by following these steps:

  1. Login to Opencare
  2. Navigate to the menu on the left side of your screen.
  3. Next to the provider section you will see a little plus button, click it to add another provider to the account.


There are 2 types of profiles in each Opencare account. First is the provider profile, second the practice profile. Both are equally important to fill out completely in order to attract new patients that are searching on Opencare. To find the practice profile, click on the ‘about’ button you will see in the horizontal menu in your Opencare account.

To find the provider profile, click on the provider name in the left side menu and on the ‘profile’ button that will appear in the horizontal menu on the provider you selected.


The first and foremost step is to claim your account. Unclaimed practices hardly show up on Opencare. To claim your account see ‘How to claim my account’ in the FAQ above.

Step two is to make sure your account has been filled out. The more information you add to your account, the higher your discoverability. Make sure to add photos and descriptions for both your practice and your providers. For more information on how to do this, check the ‘How do I fill out my practice and provider profiles?’ FAQ above.

If you filled out your practice and provider profiles completely and still cannot find your practice in a search, please contact us at support@opencare.com.

We believe in providing you the best dental experience in your city, which is why we only work with the top rated 10% of dentists. If your new Opencare dentist doesn’t live up to your expectations, we’ll cover your co-pay up to $100.

If you are not 100% satisfied your first visit to any Opencare dentist you may contact our support team with a copy of your receipt to receive up to $100 of your cost back. In order to be eligible, you must report your poor experience to our support team within 30 days of your appointment, as indicated on your receipt. Your reimbursement cost will be calculated based on your total co-pay (cost after insurance coverage) up to a maximum of $100.


To ensure our patients and dentists are treated with fairness, we cannot guarantee claims (even within 30 days) in certain situations. To be eligible...

  1. Send us a detailed account of your appointment and why you are not satisfied.
  2. Include a photo of your official dental receipt indicating the date of the appointment, name of the dental office and dentist, treatment received, and name of the patient.
  3. After we review your claim and receipt, we’ll send you a gift card to cover your costs, directly to your email.
