First couple of cleanings were fine, but soon started to see disturbing patterns for recommending or doing unnecessary dental work in order to collect more fees! For instance, even though I would visit for a simple cleaning, I was pressured into X-Rays, just so she could charge my insurance a couple extra hundred bucks. Later on, from X-Rays, she recommended a filling, saying to me "Congratulations on your first Cavity". I researched, and found that only 50% of cavity assessments using X-Ray are accurate. I should have seen the warning signs: ASKING HER ADMIN STAFF TO FIND OUT ALL of MY INSURANCE COVERAGE, so that she can start milking my insurance company by recommending treatments I don't need, instead of just providing health care to me as a patient.

Genuinely cares about her patients, she spends generous amounts of time explaining procedures and options. Staff and the doctor are so understanding and always positive with their dealings. I am glad to have found this dentist, we come to see her even though we are an hour away.
