Good experience today at the clinic with professional staff

Had a really great experience today. I had a 9 AM appointment but unfortunately my car broke down and I was dealing with a pretty bad toothache. The office was incredibly understanding and provided amazing customer service. They were able to fit me in a couple hours later once I got my car situation sorted out, which I really appreciated. The dentist was very thorough and took the time to check everything carefully, and the hygienist was also excellent. I explained to her I had anxiety when visiting the dentist and throughout my cleaning she checked in to see if I was ok, which I really appreciated. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team for being so accommodating and professional!

Great staff, comfortable experience

Completed my first visit at Ajax Dental. My hygienist and dentist were professional and knowledgable and explained everything thoroughly. Everything was timely as well. Clean environment. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist :)

I had a great experience at West Ajax dental. Dr Romik is very friendly and knowledgeable and ensured I was comfortable during the process. My Hygienist, Ghada was extremely sweet and ensured I did not feel any pain during my cleaning appointment. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend.
