I loved the entire experience at West Ajax Dental. I was able to easily find parking and the staff, from the receptionist to the main dentis were very welcoming and explained the entire process.

It was a great experience ,treatment ,staffs and doctors where welcoming and nice.

The bitewing X-ray could not be completed in the first room, so I had to move to another room. I was also asked to wear protective glasses, but they appeared oily and not particularly clean. The X-ray process was quite slow, and internet issues in the office caused further delays, making the examination take much longer than expected. During the clinical examination, the dentist attempted to use the examination light, but unfortunately it was not working. That’s when I felt concerned about the reliability of the equipment and the overall setup. At that point, I did not feel comfortable proceeding with any dental work at the clinic.

Clear roadmap on the process and follow up calls. The entire experience was smooth.

They provided cleaning in two sessions so be prepared to spend two days for only cleaning n xray
