Great staff, expectations were met.

I was taken back to get X-rays as soon as I arrived and my appointment was efficient. The office and dental staff were friendly and explained what they were doing before they did it. I was pleased with my first dental treatment with Start Smiling.

I had a very disappointing experience here. Not only was the staff unprofessional, but I was also pressured into paying for extra services I did not need. Worse, they lied about my insurance coverage. I asked them to verify coverage twice, and was assured it was covered, only to find out later that was not true. Do not come here—this office is dishonest.

I had a great experience at Start Smiling Dental for my cleaning and check-up. They took the time to access my teeth and clearly explain everything I needed and answer any questions I had. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Right from the start, the staff was very courteous and patient, even when I was having some issues pulling up my dental insurance information. The dentist was very thorough with her examination, and very attentive when it came to making sure that I wasn't in pain. Just like I said to the staff during my visit, I felt like I was in a spa. I had come from a different practice and hadn't had a visit in longer than I should have, so I probably gave them more work than they expected, but this was never even brought up. I was very happy with every aspect of my visit to Start Smiling Dental and look forward to continue visiting their practice for years to come.
