Did NOT explain cost of procedure before they start working on you also there invoice was not explained about your responsibility.

First time here and the service was phenomenal. They'll be my to go to dentist from now onwards.

Great staff, expectations were met.

I was taken back to get X-rays as soon as I arrived and my appointment was efficient. The office and dental staff were friendly and explained what they were doing before they did it. I was pleased with my first dental treatment with Start Smiling.

I had a very disappointing experience here. Not only was the staff unprofessional, but I was also pressured into paying for extra services I did not need. Worse, they lied about my insurance coverage. I asked them to verify coverage twice, and was assured it was covered, only to find out later that was not true. Do not come here—this office is dishonest.
