Every staff member I interacted with was engaging and welcoming. The office offers refreshments and made the whole process very easy. They even offer things like weighted blankets and pillows for comfort. They weren't judgmental even though I I haven't had a cleaning in 3 years and Dr Wildee (not sure I sheared that correctly) was excellent as well. I was very nervous as I had not been to the dentist in a long time and have had bad experiences in the past. They offered me everything I could possibly need to feel calm and it definitely worked. I'm usually terrified of dental work, but I feel like I can get a filling here without being too nervous. They also had a great payment plan for me since I do not have insurance. It’s always unpleasant for me to visit the dentist for a routine cleaning but the stuff here are great and the treatment was gentle and easy (putting aside my aftershock pain- sensitive gums- they made it the least they could’ve). The physician and technician were very thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire 2 hour initial visit. I would say you need to be prepared for the time allotted for the visit. Having just moved to Austin and needing dental work my first week here, I felt safe as everyone was very genuine and willing to help me. Between ensuring me I would get a discount if my insurance didn't cover much to offering me a blanket if I was cold, I was impressed by the homey feel of this dental office.
