They were all very thorough and did a great job explaining things and all my concerns throughout the process were properly addressed. I explained to him that I had been experiencing some pain with certain teeth and he made sure to focus on finding the cause of the pain and focusing on a treatment that would be affordable but also the best option long-term. Dr. Glauser went over his ideal treatment plan in detail and answered any questions I had until I understood completely. His staff were polite and helpful, even at 8am on a Monday! Three of my primary reasons for choosing Glauser Family Dentistry were 1) I can get all future work done in one location (root canals, crowns, cleaning, etc. ); 2) They were able to get me an appointment right away; and 3) They accept Care Credit just in case I need A LOT of work done that I cannot pay right away. She was friendly and was constantly checking to make sure that I was comfortable. Next, Dr. Glauser checked my imaging and did an inspection of my teeth. He took his time to go over everything that he noticed and help me tobbn understand and prioritize my treatment options. He was very easy to talk to and encouraged questions. Dr. Glauser then passed me off to Katie to check my gums and clean my teeth. Katie was as gentle as possible (it had beens years since my last cleaning so some heavy duty scraping was inevitable). Afterward' we had a good discussion about my dental health routines and what might benefit me. From beginning to end, each individual was not only professional and courteous but also friendly and willing to assist however they could. I have never had an experience with a dentist that was as thorough in the procedures and explanations. Where I had previously been dismissed, this office showed concern. I specifically saw Dr. Grant Glauser, and he was excellent. It seemed like they took a special interest in each patient which gave me comfort in knowing that I would be receiving good care. The dentist and the hygienist's explained things to me in detail and allowed time for any questions I may have had. They made sure I felt safe and comfortable before starting anything, it wasn't just 'business'. I had my cleaning done which was thorough and painless and then I returned the following day to receive fillings. The front desk made sure to work with my schedule and made adjustments when I had to change something.
