Overall, I was satisfied with my visit at Accent Dental! They took note of my history, were upfront about costs for x-rays, and made a treatment plan based on my needs. The visit was just a standard check up + cleaning, and they found some things that will help improve my dental health. On top of that, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

They don’t meet my needs for working on my teeth. I need to use nitrous oxide. They don’t provide that they offer anxiety medicines, which I can’t take so this office doesn’t work for me.

I had an amazing experience at Accent Dental Clinic. I went in for a check-up and cleaning, and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. They explained everything very clearly, which made me feel comfortable the whole time. They were also very helpful with scheduling my deep cleaning appointments and worked with me to fit everything into the same week. Highly recommend!

Sadly, for me everything that could possibly go wrong did. I made an appointment with Accent to have a lost filling replaced. But between the communications with Opencare and Accent Dental this did not happen. I was scheduled for a initial visit exam but no filling. Even though I asked about the filling being completed before I was sat in the chair… My exam was completed and then there was no time to do the filling. I was asked to come back. Quite annoying as I had had the day off work specifically to get the filling replaced.. Accent will state that they found additional cavities. Upon my return. I explained to Accent as a new patient having had many many Dental procedures done. I am aware, due to my needle fear, that it takes an exceptional amount of Novacaine to numb my mouth. Despite my stating this I had an extremely painful experience when the Dentist was drilling my not yet numb tooth. The pain sent me through the roof. Accent were happy to bill my insurance and myself!
