If I could rate 0 stars I would. Dr Ushakova is BY FAR THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER MET. I really should have paid attention to all the online reviews and complaints. I should have also checked with the Better Business Bureau as it appears this dentist is not rated well with them either. AVOID DR LUDA (Lyudmyla) USHAKOVA as I am convinced this place is a total scam from my personal experience. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

The service has gone downhill over the past few years to the degree that I will no longer go there or recommend it to anyone. Dr.Ushakova does not seem to have the needs of her patients in mind, however prices keep going higher and higher while service levels drop. It is a shame that this has happened. I miss all the great staff that used to work there but quit for one reason or another.

From my one time going to Fairview Family Dental my hygeinist was polite, but the other staff were rather subdued. The office looks rather dated. The equipment, and technology is showing its age. The service was sub par. I have been to better dentists so will be switching back to one of them.
