This dental office is pretty basic, no lounge, no amenities and the dental rooms have no TV on the roof as you look up and no sink beside the chair.

I visited Burlington Family Dental Centre for my new patient exam as well as annual cleaning. The doctor and staff were very thorough. The location is centrally located in Burlington and is equipped with state of the art tools and technologies. Overall the experience was very smooth.

Had a wonderful experience on my first ever dental visit. The whole process was very smooth and simple. I was tended to with utmost care and was given a very thorough explanation. Starting from the admin process i.e. forms/insurance work to dental exam and cleaning the team was very efficient and kind. Stephanie was my hygienist and she did a wonderful job explaining everything and was very polite. Dr Chen (I hope I'm spelling the name correctly) was wonderful as well with her insights. Similarly Mark was excellent with all the admin tasks. Thanks team! Much appreciated!

Went in for first time, was recommended to get laser and irrigation cleaning but I’m pregnant and wasn’t sure if hydrogen peroxide was safe to use. Felt that this type of cleaning was recommended from the dentist and they said it’s safe but I’m reading mix reviews online and in process of confirming with my midwife. Their billing process is weird where they bill you directly and insurance pays you out later which I have not seen in my earlier experience with dentists. Overall ok experience but I felt I should have done the full research before getting a part of my teeth cleaned.
