Although my appointment was late and the entire visit took 2 hrs, I understand that the clinic was doing it in the best interest of everyone's safety to follow protocol during this pandemic. I was impressed by how thorough the work was done on my teeth was. Most clinics I've visited in the past always rushed the job. Dr Ng took his time to explain the x-rays / pictures, and potential problems to look out for. Kim at reception was extremely responsive and able to answer all my questions ahead of time. My hygienist was Iza and LET ME TELL YOU - she was AMAZING. She explains everything she's going to do before she does it and also tells you why - she is the QUEEN of informed consent. She is friendly and approachable and I highly recommend her. Dr. Ng I saw for a few minutes and he was also very friendly and asked if I had any questions during our time together.
