Zahraa was great and very knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and even explained hacks with how to prevent cavities such as not rinsing toothpaste after brushing. Dr ling is very knowledgeable and very comfortable to talk to.

Wonderful clinic with professional care

I have an overall good experience with Orchard Family Dentistry. Thoroughly cleaning treatment & proper detailed explanation was given. Clean & well-maintained facility. However, I would expect the staff to be a bit more friendly, as I mentioned to them that I am usually a bit nervous about dental appointments.

I had Grace and Dr. Hu examine my teeth and I got a thorough explanation of what I was doing wrong. They were courteous and professional, especially Grace who did my dental clinic. As someone who's nervous about going to dentists, Grace was very efficient throughout the process and helped take that fear out.

To be honest, my experience with dentist appointments in Canada so far wasn’t great. Hence I was a bit skeptical while scheduling the appointment. But it turns out to be amazing and one of the best experiences I have a with a dentist. The doctor was calm and listened to all the problems I have related to my oral health. He explained all the details pragmatically. I was impressed with his endeavour and honesty. The support staffs was amazing too. I felt like it was not my first appointment. Overall best dentist appointment I have so far in Canada.

It was a good experience during my first visit

Had a great experience and the staff was very friendly. They took their time with the procedures so there was no element of rushing. The hygienist, Zahira, was really professional as she knew how to keep conversation going with the patient and keep them at ease. Dr Ling was very thorough in his examinations and responded to all my questions. Will definitely be returning for future appointments.
