This was my first visit to Bow Trail Dental, and I was really impressed with the entire experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. The clinic is modern, clean, and very well organized. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment. I was looking for a good dental practice and I found it with Bow Valley Dental. The staff were very accommodation and friendly, and the underground parking was complimentary.

The staff were nice, but there was quite a bit of miscommunication. I had requested both an exam and a cleaning, but only the exam was completed (Price was also very high). There was also some back and forth when it came to obtaining my previous X-ray history, which added to the confusion. Overall, the experience felt a bit unorganized.

An excellent dental practice with modern equipment and very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.
