I had an excellent experience at my dental appointment. The dentist and the entire staff were very professional, friendly, and caring. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic was clean and well organized, and I truly appreciate the great service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a professional and caring dentist!

I visited this clinic for a routine cleaning and X-rays. Overall, the preventative care was handled well—the cleaning was thorough, and the staff were pleasant and efficient when taking the X-rays. ​My only reservation was around the treatment discussion afterward. I was advised that I needed fillings, but the staff did not walk me through the X-rays or show me where the decay was located on the screens. While I appreciate that they take comprehensive diagnostic images, I would have felt much more comfortable with a clear visual explanation before scheduling that much follow-up work

I went in for the first time for cleaning and general check up including xray. Everyone was friendly and professional, I was seen by 3 different people, the ladies that did my cleaning and xray and then the dentist, they were all so knowledgeable at their job, very friendly, yet professional. I might have just found my permanent go to for dental care.

They try very hard to make you feel comfortable but there is room for improvement. However, they do check in with you during your treatments to make sure you are okay. Reception is not very organized and filling out forms that are laminated with dry erase markers that contain your personal information was not my favourite.
