I had a pain free treatment at simpli dental. The staff was professional and knowledgeable.

They changed my appt from 1pm to 12:40pm then I had to wait till 1pm to get it started. What’s the point of changing the appt an make the patient wait for 20 mins. Please be respectful to people’s time. Painful procedure!!!

Doctors were really efficient and knowledgable and guided me well through the entire process. Would definitely recommend.

The dentist and staff were professional, and the clinic was clean. However, I was disappointed with the teeth cleaning process. During the regular cleaning, some teeth were left untouched. Later, I was told that cleaning the remaining teeth would be considered extra work and would require additional insurance coverage or payment. I believe teeth cleaning should mean full mouth cleaning, not charged per number of teeth. Cleaning is generally for the entire mouth, not 5–6 teeth only. Being sent back midway due to insurance limits was frustrating and unexpected. This should be clearly communicated in advance to avoid confusion

The dental clinic was very nice. The dentist was very knowledgable and very thoroughly explains my treatment or what they found on my check-up. Although the only concern I had was during my cleaning experience, it felt really fast and incomplete. I felt I wasn't really satisfied on how my teeth are cleaned but the staff are really nice and sweet

Everyone at Simple Dental was absolutely amazing! I’m super new to the whole dental process, but they made me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant- I honestly had the best time. Highly recommend Simple Dental to anyone, especially if you’re new or nervous about dental visits!

Recently moved from Ontario to Calgary and impressed by the dental services from Simpli Dental. The staff, dental hygienist and dentists were all very approachable and answered all my questions. They were very careful with the procedure and detailed in every action taken. They also gave a welcome gift on my first visit!
