The dentist has always been something I dread, but the team at Ultima was wonderful! Jamie the hygienist was so caring and kind and made sure to check in regularly to ensure I was doing okay. Best dental experience I’ve had!

Everyone from the support staff to the doctors were friendly and attentive. I'm typically nervous when it comes to dentist everyone was helpful and understanding. They offer typical 9-5pm hours and aren't open on weekends so booking an appointment can be tricky.

The clinic was clean, well maintained, and the proceedures I had done were reasonably priced. I arrived in time and I was seen very quickly. Sandeep, the dental hygienist, was exceptional! He was knowledgeable, skilled, and very thorough with each procedure. He explained what he was doing and why, and he made me feel completely relaxed with his friendly manner. He also gently guided me through the X-rays, and gave me helpful tips on how to improve my dental health. Abby was equally great. She was very friendly and welcoming. Diana was a lifesaver! She found my pre-filled forms and saved me from having to fill them out again. She also helped with processing my payment and billing my insurance. While I didn’t spend much time with Dr. Samantha, she was warm, professional, and knowledgeable. She has a very wonderful team! Overall, I had an excellent experience, and I would rate it 10/10!

I've been looking for a new dentist closer to my home/office and am very satisfied with Ultimate Dental. Everyone I interacted with had a friendly demeanour, and I am happy to come back for my next visit here! Dr. Amy Woo was incredibly kind and the appointments didn't feel rushed which I appreciated.

Dr. Krim was very understanding and walked me through the entire dental X-ray in details. He was also very helpful in understanding might dental issues and provided feedback. The entire staff was very friendly and welcomed in a professional manner. I’ve already booked my next two visits with Dr. Krim.

Dr Yoo is very knowledgeable and proactive in going into details about my oral health and possible treatment plans. Pointed out stress points on my teeth and explained the cause of it.

Dr. Sammie, and her team were all so kind and accommodating. Answered any questions I had and took great care of me!

Ultima dental is very professional and feels very clean and safe. The doctor and hygenist were extremely kind and helped me understand everything i needed to know!

Richard was thorough, detailed, took the time to explain everything and overall was as good an experience as you can expect from a dentist visit.

Dr Amy Yoo was awesome. She introduced herself, and explained what she was doing before doing it. She also referred me for some work I have been wanting to do. I really like the experience.
