Whenever I had to pay extra for a basic checkup, they always informed me first, and even if I declined, they would proceed, which made me feel at ease. I think I'll have my next checkup here as well.

Staff was really kind and my teeth feel good! The X-rays took a long time, which wasn't a big deal in itself, but the cleaning was very short so it seemed like they might be rushing to keep the appointment to an hour. Overall decent experience.

The entire staff was friendly attentive and made sure I know what was going to happen at every step of the exam. The atmosphere is very comfortable and they had a great playlist in the background!

DentalQ is outstanding. I have a major fear of dentists, and they made sure I felt safe and welcome. I learned more about my dental health, and left with more information and a positive experience.

Everyone was super friendly and the office was very nice and clean, but this was the most painful dental cleaning I've had in my entire life. I squealed in pain 10+ times and ended with blood spatter on my bib. I've gone to the dentist every 6 months my whole life without issues, and I understand now why some people hate the dentist

The appointment with Dr. MEHR was really good thourough and she was really good in explaining the procedure and the staff was really attentive and good.

It's great to have a new dentist office in South Loop! The office is clean and all the equipment seems brand new. You can tell they take cleanliness very seriously, all of the equipment not in use is covered. My appointment lasted exactly as long as I was quoted, even when I added an extra service it did not take more than one hour. This is a great dental office to fit into a busy daily routine or work schedule.
