She was very helpful as a second opinion and gave me detailed information about receding gums and abfractions, although it was a long time to wait for her to see me. I was a little nervous at first with the place being inside a hospital, but after walking in through those doors it feels almost spa-like which was quite calming due to the fact that I haven't been to the dentist in a few years. The staff was all so friendly and put me at ease right away. My husband went for his appointment after I did and he liked the place and the staff really helped him through the experience. Dr Cheng was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he made sure I was comfortable in the procedures and that I knew what was going on and informed. The office is very calming and welcoming, which made the visit a lot easier. Even the patient rooms are an open floor plan and inviting. The receptionist Liz was incredible in communication with me to make sure my out of state coverage was accepted and worked up to the minutes before my appointment to confirm that my insurance covered the visit. The office is nice and clean and very modern. The hygienist, Eric, was so wonderful and made me feel very comfortable during the cleaning and he was very knowledgeable regarding my care and next steps. Dr Chang came in at the end to check up and was very nice and just rounded out my experience very well. I already have a follow up appointment booked. Honestly, this was the most enjoyable dentist visit I’ve ever had.
