I am Dr. Stino and I hope to welcome you soon to our practice, however, first I would like to introduce myself. I grew up in a creative home of architects and excelled in school from an early age. By the age of 16, I was already attending the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and graduated with high honors. It wasn’t long before I was one of those dental students in a crisp white lab coat that I had admired for such a long time. I received a doctorate in dentistry from Case Western School of Dentistry in Cleveland and completed a general practice residency at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland. I enjoy my profession so much that, at the end of the day, I regularly bring home a big smile to my husband and children, Zain, Faris, Laila. I can’t imagine doing anything other than dentistry.
Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
Every day I practice dentistry, I see the benefits of my comprehensive education and the expertise I am able to pass onto my patients. At our practice, we have been able to take a more comprehensive approach to dentistry. This allows us to deliver long-term stable results.
What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?
I have actively pursued several more years of advanced training, with emphasis on esthetics and full mouth rehabilitation at the internationally renowned Hornbrook Group Center, The Las Vegas Institute, and the Esthetic Dental Center State University of New York in Buffalo. I also completed training in advanced techniques in root canal therapy at the University of Illinois in Chicago using microscopes. In addition, I am working with local physicians to advocate early screening, treatment, and management of patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
What are you proud of in your practice?
Smiling is such a simple action and yet so powerful. I believe that every time you smile, it’s a great gift to others. Helping my patients be comfortable to share the best part of themselves is truly one of the most rewarding things in my life.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
We strive to treat every patient like they will become a patient for life in our practice. I really enjoy, getting to know each and every patient I see on a personal level and realize the impact we can have in their personal lives.
