Dr. Roderic dela Cruz, DMD, is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In 2006, he received his dental degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon graduation, Dr. dela Cruz furthered his dental training with completion of a General Practice Residency at Rush University Medical Center. While at Rush, he was affiliated with the Rush Dental Group, where he routinely treated medically compromised patients in the ER, in-patient, and operative settings. Additionally, he trained with Rush hospital services of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, ENT(ear, nose, and throat), Anesthesiology, and Plastic Surgery. Dr. dela Cruz is committed to providing patients with the latest advancements in dentistry. He completes numerous hours of continuing education in all aspects of the field, has completed Invisalign certification, and received his Implant training and education under one of the nations leading authorities while at Tufts. Dr. dela Cruz's approach to patient care encompasses listening to patients desires and tailoring treatment to their needs. For the anxious and fearful patient, he utilizes oral sedation dentistry to provide patients with a relaxed and comfortable environment.
