Very friendly and just an overall great experience!

Very attentive staff, on time, great communication, patient skills, and service!

I went in for a regular check up/cleaning. The dental hygienist was very kind and did a great job on my teeth. However, Dr. Sowell kept recommending I get invisalign for some VERY minor crooked teeth. I have never been recommended ortho care in the past by any other dentist and felt this was a bit salesy.

Dr. Zenobia L. Sowell and her team are amazing! Made my experience excellent and made me feel at home. I found my dentist going forward!

Dr. Sowell and her team were very professional and knowledgeable. Her bedside manner was so wonderful. She was very thorough and explained my treatment plan in detail.

The experience was simple to find a local dentist with reviews all in the same spot. It was a user friendly experience.

It's been a long while since I have been to the dentist, but Dr. Sowell and staff made me very comfortable and made my experience very pleasant. They explained everything before and while they were doing it, and gave me very detailed instructions after my visit.

Dr Sowell was very nice and explained everything they were doing step by step. They use a handheld x-ray device which can't take as wide a photo so much more photos are needed than those big room sized x-rays but no complaints otherwise!

This is a well-organized, high tech practice that is also really attentive to the patient as a person. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist.

The reception staff were super friendly and cordial. Jezzlyn was an excellent hygienist who explained each step of the cleaning and why she was doing so. Dr. Sowell is extremely kind and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming, from the beginning to the end I felt like everything was clear and I understood what was going on. Would definitely recommend to another person, especially if they’re a little bit anxious. Definitely 10 out of 10 recommend.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The dental hygienist explained everything very clearly and answered all questions I had. Dr. Zenobia took her time with me and was very nice as well.

I went in for a check-up and a cleaning. They were kind and incredibly thorough. I'd never had someone explain all the pictures and x-rays they take, which I really appreciated. I even got very specific feedback on how to adjust my brushing.

I went in for a teeth cleaning. The Dental Hygienist was great-- thorough, gentle, friendly. The Dentist was similar-- very friendly and gentle. However, at the end of my cleaning, someone that was not the Dentist or the Dental Hygienist presented me with a list of charges for future services needed. That was odd and unprofessional. There was no discussion about what these services would be for-- she just started saying here's the total and asked when I'd want to schedule them to be completed. Finally, a topical ointment was applied without my approval/consent. The fee for that is $698 before insurance. I liked the people, but I didn't care for the way things were presented (read: not presented) or how they do business. My consent and approval is required if something (non-life threatening) is going to be a charge to me.

Dr. Sowell, Jazzlyn, and the rest of the staff was very inviting, kind, and professional. The appointment started right on time and I was out about an hour later. Will be returning.
