Super friendly staff, got me in very quickly, no wait time

First appointment at DentalQ! Very thorough appointment and kind staff!

Very nice staff

First, there was a ‘emotional support dog’ barking the entire time. Second, I requested no X-rays and they told me without X-rays, they would have to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee. They refused to recognize that the American Dental association does not recommend x-rays as a start to diagnosis. I came in for a cleaning, not to get x-rayed. Then, they used “AI” to read the x-rays, stating I have 7 cavities. They could not show me the 7 cavities in my teeth themselves (only what AI had highlighted) and then eventually conceded there were only 4 cavities. I was so disturbed by their lack of clarity, I left without scheduling a treatment. I went to a second dentist for a second opinion. They couldn’t even use the X-rays from DentalQ because the resolution and blur were so bad. The second dentist stated there is only ONE cavity that needs filling or work. DentalQ is unprofessional, inexperienced, and scamming their clients to charge for more fillings

I was hopeful to establish care at Dental Q - LP after reading their reviews prior to my appointment but was sadly disappointed in my overall experience. I scheduled specifically with the woman provider as I prefer for my own comfort. I was told when I got there that they did not have my appointment despite having multiple reminder emails. This delayed me by 30 minutes to get in the chair. My X-rays were taken in a timely manner and then I had more of a wait time. To my surprise, my cleaning was done by Dr. Pezeshkpoor and my entire appointment felt rushed especially with him mentioning multiple times that the hygienist was going to come and "take over" and "finish polish." It felt odd to have the provider do the cleaning and polishing. The hygienist came in the room and put glasses on me after the cleaning had already began which I appreciated because water was shot in my eye twice before receiving since the cleaning was happening at such a rapid pace. The doctor stopped my cleaning to speak with the hygienist attending to others multiple times and would leave the vacuum piece hanging out the side of my mouth on each occasion. He stated I had no decay noticed and when I asked about the filling that had loosened on my back molar, he did state he could fill it in as it would be an area for food to gather / decay to ensue but I felt disappointed that this was not brought up by him at all throughout my exam but the lack of attention was already noticed and this was just another example of the inattentiveness throughout my exam. This was overall a very poor experience from me and wish it could have gone differently. I will be searching for another dentist in the area to get established with in the new year.

Was a little nervous but glad I got to meet Dental Q-Lincoln Staff! They made sure I wasn’t in pain , amazing state of the art facilities and friendly staff all throughout.

I have a huge dental phobia, but the dentist and staff made my experience so great! They were very patient with me and tried to make me as comfortable as they could. It was a great experience. I never thought I'd hear myself say that lol Thank you!

Even though I filled out all the questionnaires beforehand, they still needed my ID and insurance card emailed to them before they could get started. It took me an additional 8 minutes to get into the chair and then 30 minutes to do X-rays in their state of the art equipment. It felt like the staff member was nervous or wasn’t quite sure or experienced and I wasn’t sure how to feel about it. The doctor was very courteous and professional, although he did not come over until 12:45. Nonetheless, he did the cleaning himself and was very professional about the things he saw in my X-ray and gave me a very personalized experience. Well done.

The dentist was rude and rushed me. Don't spend your insurance here, that is all they want from you.

I had a great experience at Lincoln Shine Dental- the staff was very helpful and thorough with my general cleaning and assured me each step of the way. I’ll be coming back in the future and will recommend to anyone as well.

Best dental care

I been putting off my tooth extraction for some time now. Due to bad experience in the past, this dental office was gentle and very caring. The understood my concerns and worked with me to make it comfortable and trusting experience. They literally held my hand and rubbed my shoulder, during breathing exercises as a doctor inserted the anesthesia in my gums. They was fabulous.

Great experience overall. The team took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend.

I found DentalQ-Lincoln Shine Dental through a promotion which helped me find a great dentist that was close to me and accepted my insurance. They gave me a very thorough cleaning and also showed me how they would be able to treat me in the future for issues I was having with my gums and teeth. I highly recommend Lincoln Shine Dental and will be returning soon.
