My best dentist experience ever

I was surprised that my annual dental exam did not include a cleaning. The staff were generally nice, but the facilities were a bit out-dated. Space was still clean and everyone was professional. Location is great as it is easy to access via train or car.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the staff made me feel. Im a nervous dental patient, and they put me at ease. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I went in for my first visit with a lot going on and in pain. I was able to get a appointment the same day that fit my schedule after work. I left the office with a plan not just for my immediate pain but options to get my teeth in the healthiest shape. Paulina is great at explaining everything and getting credit options if needed (I opted for). I am looking forward to getting everything I need done so I can smile confidently again.

Overall good experience. I was expecting to get a cleaning at the appointment but I understand the process now.

The staff were friendly and the facility was okay. Dr Chris did explain his concerns to me however I did feel pressured to make a big decision regarding costly treatment that my previous dentists had never mentioned or noticed.
