The staff at this dental facility, is very approachable. Elizabeth, the hygienist was wonderful? She informed me as much as she could have about what she was doing. And she made sure that I was comfortable throughout my cleaning procedure This facility have is very clean .

I wanted to share an honest review of my experience. The office itself is very nice and the environment is clean and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, when it came down to actually receiving the treatment I needed, affordability became a major issue. The dentist initially recommended a procedure that I simply could not afford. I later called back to ask if I could instead just get an extraction, and I was given a price that seemed reasonable. I also had a cleaning scheduled and was originally quoted $25, which I agreed to. However, I then received a call saying that the $25 quote for the cleaning was incorrect and that the actual cost would be $400. This was very frustrating, especially since I had been told earlier that the lower price would be honored. It left me feeling like because I didn’t move forward with the full treatment plan, the pricing suddenly changed. I understand that pricing and procedures can be complex, but clear and consistent communication is really important—especially for patients who are already trying to manage costs. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel like if you don’t have significant financial flexibility, this may not be the right place for your dental care.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Emmy. The service was excellent, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff were friendly and professional. Everything was explained clearly. It was also the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality dental care.
