Dr. Sadaf Nasir obtained her bachelors in Cellular Biology and Molecular Genetics from the University of Maryland at College Park and went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Maryland College of Dentistry in 2012. She has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in Maryland for over 12 years. In addition to practicing preventative and restorative dentistry, she has a special interest in Implant dentistry, facial esthetics, TMJ, and dental sleep medicine. Dr. Nasir has trained extensively and is a member of the AAFE (American Academy of Facial Esthetics), IDIA (International Dental Implant Association), and AADSM (American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine). She routinely treats patients for TMD and orofacial pain through her continued experience with the AAFE. Additionally, as a Qualified Dentist with the AADSM (American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine), she treats patients with sleep apnea disorders. Dr. Nasir is a certified Silver Invisalign Provider with over ten years of experience treating patients for their orthodontic needs. She also has an extensive background in the practice of holistic dentistry. Having trained with the Holistic Dental Association, she continues to learn of and offer biomaterials that are biocompatible and safe to use in her practice. Through her years of experience as a general dentist, she has strived for perfection and continues to stay at the forefront of dentistry by regularly attending seminars and continuing education courses. In her free time, Dr. Nasir enjoys spending time with her husband and children and loves to read, travel, and explore new cultures and cuisines throughout the world.
