Friendly staff here understands my concerns for the bills for dental care, both doctors and hygienist made honest advised on what treatment should be done to prevent dental disease, yet they gave patients clear guidance on when to take them and honest quotes. Great experience here!

Visited for the first time. Everyone seems friendly. Clean and modernized space. Dentist was responsive to my questions and concerns. The clinic is located at the end of a wing of the mall; there were kids running around and living their best lives. It was noisy in the wait area and in the treatment area. (Note: Appointment was on a Saturday afternoon). Good thing about the location is that there was no pay parking.

I was a first time patient at Coquitlam City Dentist and the whole experience was great! The staff throughout the whole appointment were super good and helpful! The hygienist made me feel really comfortable. She was thorough with the cleaning and did a really nice job! The main dentist that I had Dr. Alan Wong was helpful and did a great job at explaining what was going on with my oral hygiene. Overall it was a really positive experience and will continue to go there for my future dental needs.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I appreciated the personal approach and I received the most detail explanation as to why there was pain in my tooth. The facility was open space, didn’t love that other clients could hear my conversations and dental concerns as well as vice versa but the staff makes up for it.
