I was a first time patient at Coquitlam City Dentist and the whole experience was great! The staff throughout the whole appointment were super good and helpful! The hygienist made me feel really comfortable. She was thorough with the cleaning and did a really nice job! The main dentist that I had Dr. Alan Wong was helpful and did a great job at explaining what was going on with my oral hygiene. Overall it was a really positive experience and will continue to go there for my future dental needs.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I appreciated the personal approach and I received the most detail explanation as to why there was pain in my tooth. The facility was open space, didn’t love that other clients could hear my conversations and dental concerns as well as vice versa but the staff makes up for it.

Dr Ha was thorough in his explanation and helping understand my dental conditions. Hygienists and CDAs could have been slightly more careful in cleaning in terms of patient care.
