The staff was good

Overall, it was a great experience and I would suggested other to try it. For example, seeing my teeth in color images before & after cleaning helped me to understand how necessary and helpful was the cleaning. Similarly, watching my dental filling suggestions in color image (instead of X-Ray) helped me to realize how necessary they were instead of blindly trust the dentist. As another example, the friendly behavior of the team and getting TV remote to watch my favorite Netflix TV show during the cleaning process and not feeling pain helped me to relax as I was at home.

It is a very nice place to go~ pain free for my treatment ~ and they are so mindful, they even put vaseline on my lips before the cleaning.

My hygienist (Emmy) was amazing and explain everything she was doing during the cleaning, she was profesional, kind, and gentle. Dr. Wong, was nice as well, explain what they find and the plan ahead. Feel so good that I'm planning to make Coquitlam City Dentist our Family dentist.

The higienist Emma was amazing, really cares about doing the cleaning treatment without making the patient uncomfortable or with pain. The dentist was very professional and walked me through all the procedures.

The doctor looks tired and unfriendly, avoiding eye contact and seeming to lack knowledge. I noticed a small failure in my teeth that I have been aware of for years. It is quite obvious in the images, but this doctor couldn’t spot it at all or mention it. So, how can I trust them, even with modern technologies and machines?
