The staff was very friendly! From the receptionist to the aid to the dentist, everyone was friendly and answered questions and most importantly put my needs and comfort first. Luckily, my teeth were in pretty decent shape, but even asking if I was ok and that they’d pause if i experienced discomfort gave me peace of mind. Already have my follow up scheduled!

I just had an initial evaluation but I did not feel welcome maybe because I have a lot to do. I also asked for a email estimate and never got that.

The team was very friendly, all my exams were timely and the doctor gave really great explanations for what needed to be done.

I recently took my child to Gold Coast Dental Dallas, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. As a parent, finding a dental office where your child feels comfortable is so important, and this place exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. They greeted my child with a smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. The clinic itself is clean, bright, and kid-friendly, which immediately helped my child feel more at ease. The dental hygienist was incredibly gentle and patient. She took the time to explain every step of the cleaning in a way my child could understand, which really helped reduce any anxiety. I appreciated how caring and attentive she was, constantly checking to make sure my child was comfortable. The dentist was equally amazing-knowledgeable, friendly, and very reassuring. He explained the results clearly and gave practical advice for improving dental habits at home. His ability to connect with kids and make the whole appointment feel fun and stress-free truly stood out. Overall, this was one of the best pediatric dental visits we’ve had. Gold Coast Dental Dallas offers excellent service, a professional and compassionate team, and a very child-friendly environment. I left feeling confident about my child’s dental care, and my child left happy-which says it all! I highly recommend this dental office to any parent looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their child’s dental needs.

I had a wonderful experience at Gold Dental Coast – Dallas. Starlet who is at the front desk is very courteous. The entire team was very welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctors were extremely thorough in explaining all of my dental issues and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. They took the time to answer all my questions patiently and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. I really appreciate the care and effort they put into ensuring a great experience. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients!

Amazed by how nice the office was and how thorough both the doctor and dental assistant were. More in depth discussions than I’ve ever had at a dental visit.

1) The Office Manager claimed to not have my appointment in the system. 2) The Office Manager said my paperwork, which was submitted early that morning, was not in their system. 3) My appointment time was not kept, despite arriving early. 4) The doctor I was assigned in Opencare was not the one who saw me. 5) I was told that I likely wouldn't receive my rebate.

It felt like the staff were upselling advanced oral cleaning service.
