Paloma’s staff was so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about what I needed to get my dental health where it needs to be, along with understanding my insurance and explaining it in a way I could understand. I am very much looking forward to taking care of my next steps with Paloma Dental as well as routine cleanings going forward. Dentist chair has a TV on the ceiling above it for you to watch if you want. Dr. Bassett is super nice, talks you through everything, is really thorough and fast. The service is amazing and starts right when you walk in. Dr Basset and her team are phenomenal and make all the anxieties of visiting the dentist disappear. Her office is updated and very modern, there’s even a tv on the ceiling to keep you entertained/distracted during any cleanings and procedures. I was having issues figuring out my dental insurance, and Sarah at the front desk was incredibly helpful in contacting my insurance and helping me to figure things out. The dental hygienist and Dr. Bassett were also great-- very kind and committed to making sure I felt comfortable. They also had a tv screen on the ceiling so I could watch Netflix while they took care of my teeth. Everyone were so friendly, welcoming and professional. The exam was gentle yet thorough and I received some good tips for home oral care. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable and I was offered water when I arrived. I felt more like I was checking into a nice hotel than going to the dentist. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bassett to my friends in town. I was extremely nervous going in, but everyone worked to put me at ease. The receptionist was nice and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The hygienist was great as well--very personable, and she took the time to explain everything as she did it; it was the same with Dr. Bassett. She knew I was nervous, and was sure to check on me and make sure I was comfortable at frequent intervals. I'm so glad I found Dr. Bassett! The good doctor also informed me that I have a cracked molar and was able to show me pictures of the damage. This along with the other work will be taken care of on my next appointment. They provided me with an explanation of what insurance will cover and what my out of pocket expense will be for the work I'm having done which is greatly appreciated.
