Dr. Luis Gomez

Dr. Gomez is a practicing periodontist in Colorado. For 15 years Dr. Gomez has been specializing in gum surgery, periodontics and implant dentistry. Dr. Gomez has coordinated treatment with Dr. Yahnian for 10 years, creating a seamless experience for his patients at Capitol Premier Dental Group. Dr. Gomez attended Temple University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine In 1989 and then a post-doctoral degree in Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Luis Gomez became the Assistant Professor at Temple University School of Dental Medicine and in 1994 he became the Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. During his tenure, Dr. Gomez became the course director in which he managed the clinical training of doctoral and post-doctoral students and developed comprehensive treatment planning. Dr. Gomez’s clinical practice experience has included a general practice residency, private general practice, a practice limited to periodontics and a multi-specialty group practice.
