The doctor was wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! He did an excellent job with my cleaning and explained everything he saw, and everything he was going to do. The equipment used to x-ray and photograph my mouth were not functioning correctly which was a downside. The tech had to do the big x-ray twice which was upsetting - no one wants additional radiation /: also, she had to retake the photos of the inside of my mouth several times due to technical difficulties with either the equipment or the computer program because the James weren’t capturing correctly. Other than that, everything was great!
