Excellent experience. I hadn’t seen a dentist in 2 years due to two very poor experiences elsewhere. This clinic was different. The team wasn’t focused on maximizing insurance billing — they provided personalized, patient-first care. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them.

Overall: 3.5/5 What I Liked: • Doctor Ash is wonderful to talk to. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything well, and suggested good treatment options. • The cleaning was comfortable, thorough, and felt very personalized. I had a genuinely positive experience with the dental care itself. Areas for Improvement: • There was some billing confusion after my appointment. The number of x-rays increased from 3 to 4 during the visit, but the final charges weren’t clearly explained upfront. • Right after the treatment, I was told insurance covered $602.96 and I paid the remaining $237.99. However, when my insurance statement arrived about 10 days later, it showed they actually paid $646.59 out of the total $840.95. This means I overpaid by $43.63. • No one from the clinic reached out to me about the adjustment. It would be great if the team could review this and issue a refund for the extra amount I paid. Also, since I booked through Opencare, I was told that I will not get the complimentary cleaning kit that is usually provided to first time patients.
